Nestlé Professional launch their new Maggi stock cube in style at the Address hotel Dubai marina. 

When Nestle Professional products division wanted to introduce a new formula Maggi brand chicken stock cube to the professional catering market in the region, we were approached to create an event that allowed chefs to demonstrate their creative skills in open competition to win a trip to Paris.  

Converting the ballroom at the Address Hotel Dubai Marina, into a fully functional kitchen for 53 chefs cooking simultaneously proved a technical challenge that we were able to fulfill.  In keeping with the corporate theme of allowing users to be more creative, we decorated the venue with images of famous classical artworks (all holding the Maggi product of course!) and installed over 50 electrical cookers, requiring a large independent power source and many meters of cables. The quality of the food, the competition and the presentation was very high as the judges confirmed.
